Life can be super interesting, There are many living styles and situations in which everyone upholds, many are similar but almost none are exactly the same.There are many things you can do in order to influence or guide your life in a direction but not everyone is in control of how their life ends up or is at the moment. As a child growing up, I unfortunately did not have the most ideal living situation. Though for the most part I was taken care of there are many rough patches in my life in which I had encountered, with very few things in between to help me get through it.

 In the pictures above, are photographs of my brother and I. My brothers name is Juan and he is 18 years old. Him and I are 9 months apart as well as full biological brothers.The reason I had chose these photos for my photo essay is because my brother is one of the very few, but very big reason upon how I’ve overcome a lot of the inconveniences and rough times in my life. Me and my brother had grown up together and at the start had been in and out of homes of family members, foster parents as well as a children’s home. This living situation alone is very traumatic however I felt as if things were ok because I luckily had the company of my brother.

  I believe that the reason I am where I am today is because of the influence and support i’ve had from my brother. Brotherhood can be one of the most important relationship a male carries in life. Throughout my research I have found that brotherhood is very important and the single most important way for a man to reach his potential and speaking from experience I find this to be true. Even at a later age I was at one point, abandoned by my father and kicked out of my mother’s house, both my and my younger brother. I believe whats kept me going, is not having to go through these detrimental situations alone. Ive been accompanied by my younger brother and I feel as if these unfortunate events have only brought us closer.
